All clients are required to provide contact details including mobile number and email in order to secure an appointment and provide necessary information for their appointment.


All clients need to complete a Medical History form at their first appointment.  This is necessary for the Aesthetics Practitioner’s consultation and treatment plan.


All clients must be over the age of 18 years old to receive any treatment with Refresh London Medical Aesthetics, one form of photo ID must be shown when you arrive.

Your booking fee of £20 is refundable and is paid to secure your appointment. If you choose to not to have treatment or unsuitable for treatment you will be refunded on the day. If you do decide to have treatment we will of course remove this from your final treatment/s amount.


At least 48 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule your appointment otherwise you will lose your deposit and your ability to reschedule without completely rebooking via the website.

If you do not attend a booked appointment and/or fail to advise us as per policy in advance, this will be classed as a No-Show and your booking fee of £20 will be non-refundable.


Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule depending on capacity on the day. 


You will also receive a consent form for each treatment, please read through the entire form carefully; this will then be signed on the day of your treatment.

We will need to take a before and after photo of your treatment. This is for insurance purposes. You will be asked on the day if you decline your photo to be used for promotional purposes (we will hide your identity).


Routine Review Appointments are offered for Anti-Wrinkle treatments – at no extra cost – up to 2 weeks after treatments are undertaken.


If you are unable to attend your Anti-Wrinkle Review Appointment at 2 weeks post treatment, no additional ‘top up’ will be provided after the 2-week review period.


If you are unwell, please call to discuss and let us know. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.


We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time, if a client is thought to be unsuitable or that a treatment is not in the best interest.


Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.


All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.


Patient information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.


You can choose to opt-out from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing.

Discount codes can be used at checkout. However please note these codes are only valid to be used once and can not be redeemed again against future treatments.  

Additionally the discount code REFRESH and FIRSTREFRESH can only be redeemed by new customers. 

Please note vouchers brought via external parties (i.e Groupon/ Wowcher), need to redeemed upon booking.
