Apply a clean cold compress to the treated area for first 24 hours.

Use arnica cream and paracetamol to reduce swelling, bruising, and/or pain (avoid ibruprofen as this could exacerbate bruising).

Avoid touching and/or rubbing areas injected on the day of treatment.

​

Avoid wearing makeup for at least 8 hours following treatment.

​

Avoid high intensity exercise for at least 24 hours.

​

Avoid extended sun exposure, UV rays and/or the use of saunas for 24 hours.

​

Avoid drinking hot beverages if lips, marionette lines and/or nasolabial folds were treated.

​

Avoid heavy alcohol consumption for the first 24 hours.
